Recruiter – Internal Recruitment Team (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Join Sizewell C’s Internal Recruitment Team and play a pivotal part in one of the UK’s largest clean‑energy infrastructure projects. This hybrid role (2‑3 days onsite per week) offers the chance to partner with senior leaders and shape the talent pipeline for a multi‑billion‑pound endeavour.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of professional, technical and specialist vacancies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop effective hiring and workforce mobilisation strategies.
• Lead detailed recruitment briefings to capture business needs and market challenges.
• Design and execute recruitment campaigns across engineering, construction, project delivery and corporate functions.
• Provide market intelligence, directly source talent and drive the hiring process from brief to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Maintain an outstanding candidate experience while navigating a highly regulated environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within large‑scale infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Resilient, commercially minded and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder‑influence skills and comfort working with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

What we offer

• 12‑month fixed‑term contract with a salary of £45,000 per year.
• 5% annual bonus and pension contributions up to 7.5% (matched by up to 15% employer contribution).
• 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
• Hybrid working model (2‑3 days per week in London).
