About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to lead and improve our day‑to‑day recruitment activities within an education environment. The role blends operational recruitment tasks with strategic initiatives to enhance the candidate experience while adhering to strict safer recruitment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment approaches.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, generate reports and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all recruitment activities meet current education‑sector laws and regulations.
• Work with senior management to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to generalist HR functions.
• Familiarity with safer recruitment practices and regulations within the education sector.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and thrive in a regulated environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and focus on process improvement.
