Recruitment Consultant – Account Manager (London)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant who will also act as an Account Manager for our boutique agency located near Liverpool Street Station. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, non‑KPI driven team that values quality relationships and client service across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an end‑to‑end recruitment desk, handling multiple roles simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and candidates.
• Source, interview, and place candidates across global markets.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Deliver a high‑quality recruitment service in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organised and able to juggle several priorities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a supportive culture.
