Recruitment & Early Careers Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment & Early Careers Coordinator to join our fast‑growing professional services firm in the heart of Newcastle. You will play a pivotal role in delivering graduate, internship and apprenticeship programmes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end early‑careers recruitment processes for graduates, apprentices and interns.
• Support attraction strategies and outreach initiatives with schools, colleges and universities.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment administration through the ATS.
• Organise interviews, assessment centres and onboarding activities.
• Represent the company at careers fairs and campus events to strengthen employer branding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
• Administer programme logistics including inductions, schedules and feedback collection.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of recruitment coordination or administration experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services setting.
• Early‑careers recruitment exposure is desirable.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Degree‑educated candidates are preferred.
