About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment & Early Careers Coordinator to join our fast‑growing professional services firm in the heart of Newcastle. You will play a pivotal role in delivering graduate, internship and apprenticeship programmes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end early‑careers recruitment processes for graduates, apprentices and interns.
- Support attraction strategies and outreach initiatives with schools, colleges and universities.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment administration through the ATS.
- Organise interviews, assessment centres and onboarding activities.
- Represent the company at careers fairs and campus events to strengthen employer branding.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
- Administer programme logistics including inductions, schedules and feedback collection.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of recruitment coordination or administration experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services setting.
- Early‑careers recruitment exposure is desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused mindset.
- Degree‑educated candidates are preferred.
