Regional Finance Systems Specialist

About the role

The Regional Finance Systems Specialist will lead the implementation and ongoing operation of ISP’s core financial platform, Oracle NetSuite, across newly acquired schools. Working closely with the group head of financial systems and regional finance teams, the role ensures timely roll‑out, integration and continuous improvement of the system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle NetSuite, including scoping, configuration, data migration, UAT, training and localisation for each school.
• Maintain system administration, user permissions, BAU support and phase‑2 roll‑outs while monitoring performance and troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
• Design, test and support integrations with MIS, payment service providers, banking suiteapps and tax compliance suiteapps, creating technical specifications and API connections.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, saved searches and portlet navigation, and implement Suiteflow, Suitescripts and SuiteTalk web services.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI‑assisted tools into finance processes and drive productivity improvements.

Required profile

• Relevant finance and technology qualifications with proven experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of advanced revenue management, multi‑book, multi‑currency, multi‑subsidiary structures and tax compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with SaaS VAT/WHT reporting, electronic document handling and digital statutory reporting.
• Ability to perform technical tasks such as troubleshooting, requirement analysis, system customisation and integration with third‑party applications and APIs.
• Proficiency with AI and automation tools, and ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholders.
