Regulatory Advocate

About the role

The firm is seeking a Regulatory Advocate to join its London office, working within a top‑tier professional discipline team. You will support a diverse client base, primarily in healthcare, but also in education, accountancy and engineering, by advising on regulatory investigations and representing them before tribunals and courts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert regulatory advice to clients across multiple sectors.
• Prepare and present cases at regulatory tribunals and courts in England and Wales.
• Assist with complex investigations and fitness‑to‑practice matters.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop case strategy and documentation.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with advocacy experience.
• 0‑2 years of experience in regulatory or fitness‑to‑practice work (experience from other sectors considered).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
