Relationship Manager, Desktops

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to drive adoption and revenue for the ICE Connect Desktop suite across key Energy and Commodities accounts in London. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing users, delivering training, support and strategic guidance to maximise product utilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ICE Connect product portfolio (ICE IM, ICE Connect, WebICE, ICE Options Analytics) within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing users through trainings, floor walks and web‑ex sessions.
• Identify and mitigate account erosion by analysing usage data and delivering targeted education.
• Collaborate with sales on pre‑ and post‑sale activities, including lead generation and new client roll‑outs.
• Provide technical subject‑matter support and act as liaison between clients, sales and product management.
• Manage feature roll‑outs, project implementations and capture competitor and product feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, exchange and OTC trading environments.
• Experience with market‑data or trading desktop applications is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• VBA coding and basic API integration.
• Salesforce and instant‑messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, router, switch, firewall and proxy technologies.
• Familiarity with Apache, Akamai CDN, DNS, LDAP and MySQL.
