About the role
Closrr is seeking a self‑driven Appointment Setter to join its remote sales team. This commission‑only position focuses on high‑volume outbound outreach to B2B SaaS, FinTech, and fast‑growth organisations, aiming to secure qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls, send cold emails, and manage follow‑up sequences targeting sales leaders, HR decision‑makers, and C‑suite contacts.
- Book qualified, attended discovery meetings and log them accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain a personal pipeline, track activity metrics, and continuously refine outreach cadences.
- Stay up‑to‑date on Closrr’s product to deliver credible top‑of‑funnel conversations.
- Collaborate directly with founders for feedback on messaging and strategy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in outbound appointment setting, SDR or BDR roles with a focus on cold calling.
- Demonstrated success booking meetings with B2B decision‑makers, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Comfortable engaging sales leaders, HR teams, and C‑suite contacts.
- Own a reliable internet connection, mobile phone, and a remote‑work setup.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to handle objections.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining clean records.
What we offer
- Commission up to 20% of implementation fees per qualified meeting (implementation £1,500‑£5,000).
- Additional 10% of upfront annual contract value on closed deals.
- Fully remote work with flexible hours and direct access to company founders.
