About the role
We are seeking friendly and reliable Customer Service Advisors to support our busy team during a short peak period. This remote, temporary position runs from 12 June to 24 June, offering seven 9 am‑6 pm shifts (including possible weekends) with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone and email, following provided scripts and guidelines.
- Use multiple systems simultaneously to locate and update customer information.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks stay organised and on track.
- Escalate issues or seek assistance when necessary.
Required profile
- Confident computer user with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Comfortable adhering to scripts and established processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Calm, focused and detail‑oriented in a busy environment.
- Reliable, self‑motivated and previous customer service experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software and internet browsers.
- Experience using Zoom for virtual communication.
