Remote Recruiter – Earn Per Placement

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our remote recruiting network. As a freelance recruiter, you will source candidates for live job openings and earn a commission for each successful placement. The role is fully flexible, allowing you to work from anywhere and set your own hours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates through personal networks, social media, and job boards.
• Submit candidate profiles via the RecXchange platform.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring companies throughout the recruitment process.
• Track submissions and monitor placement outcomes to receive commission payments.

Required profile

• Strong personal or professional network with access to job seekers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage candidates.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• No prior recruiting experience required.
