Retail Floor Team Member – Part Time (24 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Retail Floor Team Member to join our UK store, working 24 hours per week across all store areas. You will be cross‑trained to support cashiering, online order fulfilment, food and drink production, and shelf stocking while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Operate cash registers and self‑checkout stations, and handle phone and page communications.
• Assist with online order fulfilment, food and drink preparation, and product facing.
• Rotate stock, remove out‑of‑date items, and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Maintain store cleanliness, follow health, safety and food‑safety procedures, and support inventory counts.
• Attend daily huddles and other meetings, and complete required training on time.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand/walk for most of an 8‑hour shift.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong listening and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with team members and leadership.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
