Reward Project Manager – Compensation & Pay Structures

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Reward professional to lead compensation and pay‑structure initiatives for a leading global organisation. The role is strategic, business‑critical and will involve close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the UK&I Reward function.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Reward and Compensation workstreams across strategic programmes.
- Support organisation‑wide salary review and compensation activities.
- Develop and implement Base Pay Structures (BPS) and salary frameworks.
- Advise senior stakeholders on compensation design, market positioning and future pay propositions.
- Drive Reward transformation and change initiatives through to implementation.
- Manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Required profile
- Extensive experience within Compensation and Reward.
- Strong technical knowledge of pay structures, salary frameworks and compensation design.
- Proven track record delivering Reward transformation, change or implementation projects.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Comfortable operating independently and delivering outcomes at pace.
- Experience working in large, complex organisations.
