Salaried General Practitioner (GP) – Full/Part‑time

About the role

Join Minehead Medical Centre as a salaried General Practitioner delivering NHS primary care to a vibrant coastal community. The position is available on a full‑time (40 hours) or part‑time basis, offering flexibility while providing high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 15‑minute telephone, face‑to‑face and home‑visit appointments.
• Provide both planned and urgent primary care services.
• Deliver patient‑focused, evidence‑based care to a diverse population.
• Support the wider multidisciplinary team to manage long‑term and complex health conditions.
• Maintain clinical and operational responsibilities proactively.

Required profile

• Registered with the GMC and listed on the GP Specialty Register.
• On the NHS Performers List with post‑CCT experience in primary or urgent care.
• Passionate about delivering NHS services and thriving in a dynamic organisation.
• Organised, proactive and able to balance clinical and operational duties.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from £92,000 to £110,000 per annum.
• NHS pension with 20.6% employer contribution.
