Sales Assistant – Luxury Fashion Brand

About the role

We are looking for a client‑focused Sales Assistant to join our luxury fashion brand in London. You will deliver personalised styling, expert product knowledge and outstanding clienteling to build long‑term relationships and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and exceed individual KPIs through expert product knowledge and client engagement.
• Provide personalised styling advice and manage the full client journey from consultation to after‑sales service.
• Promote Made‑to‑Order services and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Maintain detailed client records and use CRM tools to personalise communications.
• Conduct regular outreach and follow‑up to strengthen client loyalty.
• Support exclusive client events, fittings and trunk shows.
• Identify and develop new client opportunities and consistently achieve personal sales targets.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain the store’s luxury presentation.
• Collaborate with stock and operations teams to ensure product availability and manage client flow during peak periods.

Required profile

• Proven success in luxury or premium retail sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience managing and developing high‑value client relationships (VICs).
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, styling and clienteling best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for client management.
