About the role

Join Superdrug as a Sales Assistant and become the friendly face of our health and beauty store in Hastings. You will help customers discover great products, keep the shop tidy and stocked, and contribute to a lively, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering product queries and promoting special offers.
• Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and displays are attractive.
• Operate the checkout and handle transactions accurately.
• Support the achievement of daily and weekly sales targets.
• Participate in store training sessions and health‑beauty product knowledge updates.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and clear communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for health, beauty and customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop new product knowledge.
• Flexible availability for weekdays and weekends, including the ability to work additional hours.
• Openness to receive training for optional services such as piercing.
