About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Corporate Merchant Acquiring team. You will drive growth by targeting enterprise clients, shaping payment solutions, and representing the brand in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and win new corporate clients with card turnover exceeding £10 million.
• Design and propose tailored payment solutions that address specific business challenges.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client success.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.

Required profile

• Full driving licence.
• 3+ years of face‑to‑face, consultative sales experience in the £5‑10 million card turnover segment.
• Strong network of decision‑makers and influencers within corporate organisations.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and comfortable in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Hunter mindset with a deep understanding of the acquiring market, key players, trends and pricing models.
