Sales Associate – SKIMS (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Sales Associate for the SKIMS brand at Selfridges, you will deliver extraordinary customer experiences in a flagship retail environment. You will be the go‑to expert on products, events and services, supporting both in‑store and online shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service, building rapport and sharing product knowledge.
• Process sales, refunds and exchanges, and guide customers to suitable alternatives.
• Maintain visual standards by replenishing stock, organising displays and hosting events.
• Manage stock in the department, including unpacking deliveries, conducting audits and keeping the stockroom orderly.
• Adapt to daily challenges, working across different departments as needed.
• Stay informed on trends, competitor activity and supplier training.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and help prevent stock loss.
