Sales Consultant – Luxury Fragrance Retail

About the role

Molton Brown is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join its concession inside John Lewis in Chelmsford. This is a 5‑month fixed‑term contract working 22 hours per week, where you will help customers explore the brand’s fragrance, body‑care and home‑scenting collections.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on Molton Brown products, delivering a personalised experience.
• Maintain visual standards and product presentation on the shop floor.
• Support the store in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer enquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong team‑player attitude.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and brand values.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends if required.
