About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join an expanding auction house in Battersea, London. The role involves selling a diverse portfolio of property assets across the UK, from residential homes to commercial estates. You will work in a fast‑paced environment with uncapped earning potential and clear pathways for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales from initial instruction through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and landlords.
• Generate new business opportunities and secure fresh instructions.
• Manage applicant databases and match buyers to suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property sales or lettings.
• Proactive “go‑getter” mentality with a strong desire to earn.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
