Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) – UK/European Market

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to accelerate Greenly’s growth across the UK and European market. Based in London, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing our carbon‑management platform and qualifying high‑potential opportunities for the Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research high‑potential companies in the UK and Europe.
• Engage decision‑makers through cold‑email, phone, and social outreach.
• Understand prospect needs and articulate how Greenly’s solution can help reduce carbon emissions.
• Qualify leads and hand them over to Account Executives with clear context.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Delivery Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless prospect experience.

Required profile

• Driven and curious professional with a passion for climate‑tech and sustainability.
• Experience in sales development, business development or similar prospecting roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
