Missions principales

• Drive business growth by purchasing vehicles while ensuring smooth branch operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Proactively manage your pipeline: contact clients, organize your schedule, and secure appointments to meet performance targets.
• Conduct professional vehicle evaluations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales.
• Collaborate closely with the back-office team and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a target-driven environment (Sales, Retail, or Hospitality).
• Strong ability to work independently and manage your own workload under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and telephone skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A natural ability to build and maintain long-lasting professional relationships.
• Must hold a full UK manual driving license.
