As we continue our rapid expansion with over 500 branches and new openings every month, we are looking for enthusiastic, honest, and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team. No prior automotive knowledge is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in every aspect of the business.
Missions principales
- Drive business growth by purchasing vehicles while ensuring smooth branch operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Proactively manage your pipeline: contact clients, organize your schedule, and secure appointments to meet performance targets.
- Conduct professional vehicle evaluations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales.
- Collaborate closely with the back-office team and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in a target-driven environment (Sales, Retail, or Hospitality).
- Strong ability to work independently and manage your own workload under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and telephone skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A natural ability to build and maintain long-lasting professional relationships.
- Must hold a full UK manual driving license.
