About the role
We are seeking an ambitious, energetic Sales Manager to create and nurture partnerships with hotels, guesthouses, Airbnbs and other accommodation providers across Devon and Cornwall. This part‑time, field‑based role focuses on increasing visitor numbers to Kents Cavern and Bodmin Jail by making our attractions top‑of‑mind for overnight guests.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitality partners, ensuring concierge and front‑of‑house staff actively recommend our sites.
- Design joint offers, packages and collaborative campaigns that drive bookings and increase overnight spend.
- Represent the attractions at tourism networking events, meetings and partnership opportunities.
- Track partnership performance, measure results and work with marketing to align messaging.
- Regularly visit partner venues to keep our attractions visible and top‑of‑mind.
Required profile
- Natural relationship builder with a commercial mindset.
- Confident, proactive and comfortable networking within the tourism sector.
- Results‑driven and able to identify commercial opportunities.
