Sales & Marketing Support Associate (Graduate)

About the role

Our client, a successful third‑party asset‑raising boutique serving asset managers, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Support Associate at graduate level. The role will support the sales and marketing teams in London, ensuring high‑quality client deliverables and efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update information in the CRM system and track sales pipelines.
• Assist in preparing client deliverables such as RFPs, reports and high‑quality PowerPoint presentations.
• Plan and coordinate client events, roadshows and webinars.
• Provide sales support by organising meetings and facilitating coordination across the sales team.
• Oversee fund marketing materials to ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate disclosures.
• Identify and implement AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Relevant internship or at least 12 months experience in sales support, marketing or presentations within asset management or financial services.
• Strong verbal communication and design skills with a self‑starter attitude.
• Enthusiasm for using AI tools and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
