Salesforce Administrator – CRM Support & Process Improvement

About the role

Dext is looking for a proactive Salesforce Administrator to own end‑to‑end support of its CRM platform. You will be the first point of contact for users, resolve issues, and help shape the system to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage internal Salesforce support cases from triage to resolution, communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Identify bugs, feature requests, and user errors, escalating when necessary while maintaining full ownership.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to clarify issues, set expectations, and drive timely solutions.
• Spot trends in support requests and propose process improvements, training, or system enhancements.
• Lead small‑scale projects and technical‑debt initiatives with guidance from senior staff.
• Support testing of new features, configurations, and releases by writing and executing test cases.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, process docs, and well‑structured Jira tickets.
• Prepare monthly CRM update communications with clear content and screenshots.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
• Logical, problem‑solving mindset and awareness of escalation points.
• Right to work in the UK or Bulgaria without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience or demonstrable ability to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem tools such as Salesloft, Ringlead, Calendly, or Clay.
• Experience using Jira for ticketing and documentation.
