Product Director, Merchant – Value Added Services

About the role

Paysafe is seeking a Product Director, Merchant for Value Added Services to own the vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s product partnership ecosystem. This senior role will drive strategic partnerships that enhance product capabilities, accelerate roadmap delivery, and generate revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a long‑term partnership strategy aligned with product, technology, and commercial goals.
• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships, from sourcing and evaluation through negotiation, integration, launch, and performance management.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and finance to ensure successful partner integrations.
• Build and scale a high‑quality partner ecosystem, establishing frameworks for partner tiering, onboarding, certification, and governance.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with deep ecosystem knowledge and strong product fluency.
• Exceptional cross‑functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience building high‑impact relationships and navigating complex technical integrations.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving environments and driving alignment across multiple teams.
