About the role
To act as the central coordination point for office operations and engineer scheduling, ensuring jobs are efficiently planned, communicated, and delivered. This fast‑paced role combines customer service, scheduling and operational support to keep the business running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily engineer workloads, site visits and reactive jobs, adjusting schedules in real‑time based on priorities and emergencies.
- Act as the link between customers, engineers and the office team, monitoring job progress and communicating updates.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, providing updates, confirming bookings and managing expectations.
- Raise purchase orders, quotations and invoices, maintain accurate job records and support general office processes.
Required profile
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination or operations (essential).
- Experience in an engineering, service or logistics environment (preferred).
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, calm under pressure.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and takes ownership.
Required skills
- Good IT skills, including MS Office.
