Seasonal Stock Operator – Part Time (Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat)

About the role

As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in a dynamic environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will act as the link between the stockroom and the shop floor, supporting the Stock Manager or Store Manager to ensure efficient stock management and an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review store sales and KPIs with the Store Manager to identify sales opportunities.
• Ensure daily replenishment is performed efficiently and accurately.
• Train store associates on Stock Management Guidelines and standards.
• Maintain product presentation, assortment, and tagging on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise and keep the stockroom tidy and well‑stocked.
• Provide shop‑floor support to the team as needed.

Required profile

• Relevant stock operation experience.
• Strategic thinking, flexibility and ability to drive change.
• Quick adaptation to store operational demands.
• Strong prioritisation, organisation and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Effective both working independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and timely execution of tasks.
