Secondary Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Flexible Supply Teaching

About the role
We are recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools across Chester and the surrounding North Wales border. The role offers flexibility to choose the days you work, allowing you to gain experience in a variety of school environments while delivering engaging lessons.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects using pre‑prepared lesson plans.
- Create a positive, welcoming, and productive classroom environment.
- Follow school policies and keep students on track with their work.
- Provide brief, helpful feedback to the permanent class teacher at the end of the day.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in any subject.
- Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one with support.
- Genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed.
