About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Security Officer, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. You will work 12‑hour shifts, either day or night, providing a welcoming and secure environment for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular security patrols of interior and exterior hotel areas to identify and mitigate risks.
- Assist with preliminary investigations of incidents, gathering information and documenting findings.
- Prepare accurate security reports and maintain detailed records of incidents.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
- Provide professional assistance to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Required profile
- Current and valid SIA licence.
- Willingness to work 12‑hour shift patterns (day or night) as required.
- Strong sense of integrity, teamwork, and ownership.
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
