Main Missions

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
  • Drive account growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Manage financial performance, including forecasting and revenue tracking.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide insightful reporting to support innovation and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
  • Interact directly with high-level stakeholders both in the UK and internationally.

Profile Required

  • Proven experience in Account Management, preferably within the software or IT consulting sector.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for international client interaction.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on long-term client success.
  • Ability to manage financial metrics and accurate forecasting.
