Main Missions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
- Drive account growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, including forecasting and revenue tracking.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Provide insightful reporting to support innovation and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
- Interact directly with high-level stakeholders both in the UK and internationally.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in Account Management, preferably within the software or IT consulting sector.
- Strong strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for international client interaction.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on long-term client success.
- Ability to manage financial metrics and accurate forecasting.
