Senior Business Planner – Retail (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Planner to join a fast‑paced retail team in King’s Cross, London. The role works across Commercial, Finance, Merchandising and Supply Chain to drive performance through forecasting, inventory management and strategic planning. It offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage seasonal business plans and forecasts.
• Analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
• Support inventory optimisation and marketplace performance.
• Deliver data‑driven insights to influence business decisions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, merchandise, demand, supply chain or commercial planning.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory management, KPIs and P&L performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
