About the role
Firework is seeking a highly‑motivated Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle across the European market. You will promote Firework’s AI‑powered video commerce SaaS platform to major brands and retailers, driving new business and expanding existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and pursue enterprise opportunities across multiple industries.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales process—from outreach and demos to negotiation and close.
- Build long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers by understanding their strategic priorities.
- Deliver tailored presentations, product demos and proposals to executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Integration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work with leadership to refine sales playbooks and go‑to‑market strategies.
Required profile
- 5+ years of full‑cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Expertise in solution‑based, consultative selling and complex sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑threaded sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non‑technical executives.
- Comfortable thriving in a high‑growth, ambiguous environment.
