About the role
This senior sales negotiator position is with a well‑established independent estate agency looking to grow its market share and reputation. You will be responsible for driving residential property sales and listings while representing the agency’s high standards of quality and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Increase market share by actively generating sales and new property listings.
- Maintain and enhance the agency’s reputation for quality and performance in residential property transactions.
Required profile
- Proven track record in residential property sales, valuation and listings.
- Previous estate agency experience at senior level (e.g., senior negotiator, senior valuer/lister, assistant manager, sales manager or valuations manager).
What we offer
- Basic salary £22,750 plus £2,000 car allowance, with on‑target earnings up to £36,750.
- 33 days annual leave (increasing with service) and a 5‑day working week with alternating Saturdays.
