About the role
We are seeking a Senior Facilities Management Consultant to support our healthcare clients with strategic advice and practical solutions across facilities, asset and property challenges. The role is home‑based, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK while travelling to client sites as required.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct FM strategic reviews and advise on PFI handback processes.
- Lead procurement exercises for FM services, preparing tender documentation such as PPQs and ITTs.
- Provide technical advisory and support asset management and lifecycle planning.
Required profile
- Proven background in facilities management consultancy, preferably with NHS/healthcare experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities.
