Senior Google Workspace Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Google Workspace Trainer to design and deliver bespoke learning pathways for enterprise clients. You will act as a commercial consultant and expert facilitator, turning complex business challenges into tailored training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver custom curriculum and learning pathways based on client needs.
• Conduct independent Training Needs Analyses and scope Google Workspace Statements of Work.
• Draft standard training SoWs, contribute to pre‑sales proposals, and identify upsell opportunities during delivery.
• Lead quality assurance for freelance trainers, briefing and peer‑reviewing their sessions.
• Develop premium, high‑margin sessions for recurring‑revenue training products.
• Mentor core trainers, review course materials, and champion continuous improvement.
• Deliver high‑value, bespoke workflow training and specialise in advanced Google Workspace features.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior trainer or learning consultant for enterprise customers.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to operate independently on pre‑sales and upsell activities.
• Excellent facilitation and curriculum design skills.
• Ability to mentor and ensure consistent delivery quality across a team of trainers.
