Senior GTM Engineer

About the role

Perk is building an AI‑powered outbound and pipeline generation engine. The Senior GTM Engineer will design, build and operate the data infrastructure and automation workflows that enable the revenue teams to scale their outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Clay tables, enrichment flows and AI‑driven column logic that power outbound prospecting.
• Engineer multi‑step Clay workflows with webhooks, HTTP APIs and conditional branching to automate account and contact sourcing.
• Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Outreach and data providers (Clearbit, Apollo, LinkedIn, PredictLeads) to keep GTM data clean and enriched.
• Develop AI prompt layers using LLMs to generate personalised outreach snippets and qualify leads programmatically.
• Configure and maintain the core GTM stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay) and troubleshoot system failures.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on expertise building complex Clay workflows and AI‑enabled enrichment pipelines in production.
• Proven ability to work with APIs, webhooks and lightweight automation tools without constant engineering support.
