Senior Integrator – Engineering

About the role

Join Airbus Belfast as a Senior Integrator, driving the success of the A220 wing engineering team. You will act as Deputy to the Head of Engineering, leading critical projects and collaborating with global teams to deliver high‑quality wings to assembly lines in Montreal and Mobile, Alabama.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tasks on time, within cost and quality targets, securing appropriate funding with stakeholders.
• Plan resources, identify gaps and manage supplier workload to support project delivery.
• Lead projects across the A220 Engineering Team and coordinate with Airbus sites in Bremen, Wichita, Filton, Toulouse and Montreal.
• Promote co‑design and collaboration between Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Establish a robust Project Management framework that blends business management with technical excellence.

Required profile

• HNC (engineering) with at least 8 years of project management experience, or a degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven project management track record delivering on time, cost and quality.
• Ability to lead and influence teams within a matrix organisation.
• Motivation to create and apply a strong Project Management framework while embracing change.
• Strong communication skills to engage technical experts and stakeholders.
