About the role

As a Senior Key Account Manager for Crocs in the UK, you will own the strategic planning and growth of specialty and energy‑focused footwear accounts. You will work closely with the UK & Ireland Wholesale Sales Director to expand the brand’s presence across key retailers such as Schuh and Office.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and business plans for assigned UK specialty and energy accounts to achieve exponential growth.
  • Act as the primary advocate for Crocs’ fashion and athletic footwear business, communicating strategic vision to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Visit key customers and stores regularly to assess assortments, market trends, and adjust strategies to UK market needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales data and KPIs, providing timely insights to finance, operations, and logistics teams.
  • Implement strategic models and tools to strengthen cooperation with customers and urban‑lifestyle partners.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects, driving brand pillars and sales quotas while fostering a high‑performance environment.

Required profile

  • BS or BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 + years in sales and key account management, preferably within footwear, casual, or sports sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK wholesale landscape, especially urban‑lifestyle and energy‑focused footwear accounts.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organisations and build partnerships across diverse functions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of executing growth strategies in fast‑paced environments.
