Senior Lead Engineer – DevOps & Process Automation (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Lead Engineer to own the architecture, implementation, and operational excellence of its private cloud platform. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will drive strategic initiatives that boost scalability, reliability, security, and delivery speed across the Data department.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate large‑scale multi‑cluster Kubernetes environments.
• Lead the development of continuous delivery pipelines and observability frameworks.
• Strengthen secrets and key management practices across the platform.
• Own the Platform Identity Access Management (PIAM) initiative from architecture to rollout.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform security and compliance.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in platform engineering and distributed systems at scale.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives without direct reports.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for automation.
