About the role

Join Addin365 as a Senior Consultant and help enterprise customers transform their digital workplace using Microsoft 365. You will work on high‑impact projects, combining deep technical expertise with strong consulting skills to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions across customer engagements.
• Provide accurate estimations, schedule work and ensure commercial expectations are met.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and confidently articulate Addin365’s offering.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, fostering trust and delivery confidence.
• Implement solutions aligned with Addin365 and Microsoft best practices.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet customer expectations and seek internal support when needed.
• Share feedback and improvement ideas to continuously raise delivery standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead customer conversations and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong consulting mindset with experience in discovery, estimation, documentation and guiding customers to best practice.
• Quality‑focused attitude, continuously seeking to improve delivery processes.
