Senior National Account Manager – Personal Care (High Street)

About the role

This is a 3‑month interim Senior National Account Manager position, working three days a week, with the potential to become permanent. You will focus on opening new doors and driving growth for a fast‑paced start‑up in the personal care sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with national accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective strategies.
• Ensure successful delivery of products and services to meet client expectations.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with key clients to secure long‑term partnerships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets.

Required profile

• Background in sales or account management within consumer goods.
• Experience managing national accounts (Boots a bonus).
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with focus on achieving targets.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
