About the role

As a Senior National Account Manager – Pro Retail you will own the retail strategy for Revlon Professional and American Crew across the UK and Ireland. Working from our London office three days a week, you will partner with major retailers such as Boots and Tesco to grow sales, protect margins and expand the brands’ presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and EBITDA by scaling existing accounts, winning new business and increasing market share.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning with key retailers, negotiating trade terms, space allocation and promotional activities.
  • Take full P&L responsibility, delivering accurate financial and volume forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and E‑commerce to ensure brand consistency and effective consumer activation.
  • Provide market intelligence and translate retail data into actionable growth plans.

Required profile

  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth in a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment.
  • Experience managing national accounts at the NAM/SNAM level within the beauty or retail sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and influence senior retail partners.
  • Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and a data‑driven mindset.
