Senior Partner Marketing Manager - Cloud & Channel

About the role

Datadog's Partner Marketing team is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives with its Cloud Service Providers and Channel Partners in EMEA. The role owns and executes marketing programs that increase partner engagement, generate leads and raise awareness of Datadog's solutions within the cloud provider and channel ecosystem. The position is based in London, with three days a week in the office and 20% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run regional partner marketing programs such as webinars, demand generation campaigns, enablement sessions, industry events and social media initiatives.
• Set cross-team strategy and execute plans across product, demand generation and partnerships teams, often in fast-changing environments.
• Drive field alignment, co-sell motions and partner-led pipeline with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
• Work with stakeholders across the South EMEA region to build the partner ecosystem.
• Track and analyse partner marketing effectiveness, reporting on key metrics through quarterly OKRs.
• Turn partnership data into clear ROI narratives for leadership and partners, presenting strategies and results.
• Own Datadog's presence at global conferences such as AWS Reinvent, DASH and Google Cloud Next.

Required profile

• 6-8 years of marketing experience; partner marketing and/or high-tech B2B marketing preferred.
• Fluent English; Italian, Spanish or Arabic are a plus.
• Proven track record of turning co-marketing programs into pipeline and generating marketing-sourced revenue.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication and project management skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinker who is also hands-on in running campaigns.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Comfortable using AI in daily work.
