About the role
We are seeking a Senior Premium Sales Executive to lead the proactive, data‑driven selling of seasonal club‑level tickets, premium dining and match‑by‑match hospitality for one of the world’s most renowned football clubs. The role combines strategic sales planning with relationship management to achieve revenue targets and enhance the premium member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of match‑by‑match inventory using a data‑driven, proactive approach to meet sales targets and club objectives.
- Identify and convert prospects from enquiries and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with premium members, arranging match‑day and non‑match‑day meetings.
- Capture all client interactions in the CRM system, analyse trends and uncover new opportunities.
- Support the supporter engagement strategy through deep understanding of the fan base.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party contractors to provide accurate information to members.
- Ensure a best‑in‑class experience for premium members using data‑driven insights.
Required profile
- Proven track record in a proactive sales role with strong commercial performance.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a fast‑paced, varied workload.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer care and high‑value client retention.
- Willingness to undergo DBS checks as required.
