Senior Product Designer – Sportsbook

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer to shape end‑to‑end user experiences for our online and mobile sportsbook. In this role you will solve complex interaction problems across discovery, concepting, and execution, leveraging AI‑enabled workflows and user insights to create intuitive, high‑impact designs.

Key responsibilities

• Create interaction patterns, user flows, wireframes and accessible high‑fidelity cross‑platform designs.
• Rapidly build prototypes to communicate ideas, gather feedback and validate solutions.
• Articulate trade‑offs and propose multiple design paths.
• Partner with product and engineering to communicate designs and rationale.
• Collaborate to resolve technical and user‑experience dependencies.
• Refine designs using data, usability insights and experimentation results.
• Conduct usability testing and ensure all designs meet accessibility standards.
• Actively use AI tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code) throughout the design process and propose AI‑driven enhancements for player experiences and internal workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing consumer‑facing gaming, sports or streaming media products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work across multiple touchpoints.
• Deep understanding of systems thinking, design systems and core interaction principles.
• Experience creating high‑fidelity prototypes and participating in user research.
• Proven ability to work on complex cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative, growth‑mindset attitude.
