Senior Programme Manager – Integrated Marketing Delivery (3‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional marketing programmes for a top agency client in Central London. The role is a three‑month contract, inside IR35, working hybrid (three days in the office, two days remote).

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, CRM, OOH, BVOD and ABM.
• Manage go‑to‑market launches, partner onboarding and digital platform roll‑outs.
• Drive operational transformation, process improvement and new governance models.
• Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies and delivery road‑maps.
• Control budgets, resources, risks and timelines while maintaining senior stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Extensive agency experience with a strong delivery mindset.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional programmes.
• Excellent senior‑level client and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience establishing governance, processes and operating models.
• Background in financial services, retail, technology or telecoms is a plus.
