Senior Project Manager – Biopharma Projects

About the role

eXmoor Pharma is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client programmes across process development and GMP manufacturing. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be the primary interface between clients and internal cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple process development and manufacturing projects simultaneously, balancing priorities across a complex portfolio.
• Drive end‑to‑end project planning, scheduling, risk management and resource allocation.
• Implement governance and milestone‑tracking frameworks, escalating risks proactively.
• Coordinate activities across QA, QC, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory and development functions.
• Ensure all project activities comply with GMP, regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs.
• Support audits, change controls and deviation management.
• Assist the Head of Operations with portfolio‑level planning, capacity assessment and prioritisation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical project management, particularly in process development and GMP programmes.
• Proven ability to lead complex client programmes and act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory pathways and quality‑first mindset.
• Senior‑level experience with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to regulatory standards.
