Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of global change programs.
• Drive business-centric transformation initiatives, supported by robust technological and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage large-scale business integration programs, including global commercial activity mergers.
• Oversee strategic growth initiatives, such as delegated authority expansions in the US market.
• Execute post-acquisition integration projects and the implementation of advanced insurance technology platforms.
• Navigate and implement complex regulatory changes (e.g., Climate Risk, Duty of Care, Lloyd’s reporting, and compliance).

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in senior project management roles.
• Deep expertise in Commercial Insurance, with a strong preference for the London Market.
• Demonstrated track record in business-led change management (ideal 50/50 business/tech split).
• Extensive experience managing regulatory compliance projects within the insurance sector.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at a global level.
• Proven ability to deliver results within complex, multi-stream environments.
